Complaint Review: Intracoastal Yacht Club Best Holiday

Intracoastal Yacht club by Florida Best Holiday Rental in Sunny Isles was not five star as advertised it was gross, management Michelle Morera was very rude and almost screamed at us when we reported that our kitchen was infested with roaches. They said someone wiil come to treat the unit, but we never saw anyone. We had to keep all the food in the fridge.

Bathroom and bedrooms were dirty and toilet clogged, we notified management and took a day for someone to come clean and get clean bed linen. Pillows smell. We found another manager contact information Elena Shedrinskay, she never returned our calls. Very unpleasant stay with Best Holiday Inc. Everyone that works there is so rude. Best Holiday Inc. Scam not five star!! Gross!!! Never again…
