hello my name is Timothy Jennings. my sister name is Mary Jennings. we purchased a car(2003 Chevy Impala) back in Feb. 2011. our insurance company was Intrust Insurance Group. we had gotten full coverage for 2 cars on the policy. i have a 1999 Chrysler 300m. on April 8, 2011 my sister(Mary) had a car accident(2003 impala) because of break failure. the car suffered major front end damage & my sister was taken to the hospital via ambulance. 5 people was in the car. 3 adults (ages at time of wreck are 22, 18, & 17) & 2 kids (ages at time of wreck are 2 & 3). the car lot where we got the car from (1st Stop Auto Sales) has already received there check for the car. the lady from the car lot even called me & told me that Keith Acton (Intrust Insurance Adjuster) told them to say that they had repossessed the car so that they can get their money for the car. sounds real shady to me. it is now the end of Aug. & we have not been compensated for the wreck. we have talked to Mr. Acton numerous of times & all he keep telling us is that he is waiting on his manager to approve the checks. a lot of the times he don't even pick up the phone nor does he return our calls. it does not take 4-5 months to settle an insurance claim. i dealt with other insurance companies & within a week, everybody in the car was compensated. I'm tired of dealing with this. i want to sue the insurance company. never done nothing like this before. so can someone please contact me about this issue asap. please help. I'm ready to put this behind me and move on.
