Intuit Dba QuickBooks Payroll Service Intuit rips people off Internet
In August last year, I purchased QuickBooks payroll for one year to keep records for my one employee. That person is history so I did not renew the service.
Unfortunately, I failed to print some of the reports I needed for payroll made during the time period I paid for the service. Now, the company wants to me pay $49 just to talk to someone or charge me $349 to print reports for a service I've already paid for.
I spoke to at least 8 persons yesterday and each one gave me a longer runaround than the Boston Marathon.
When I asked to speak to a higher authority I got the brush off. This is a company whose earnings are in the 25% range. But, in my opinion, their customer service is at zero.
I shouldn't have to pay for a full year of service to print reports for a time period I already paid for. That's like saying I was insured by a company for "x" period, but they deny paying a claim for that period since I no longer use their coverage.
The people I spoke with didn't offer any sort of solution. Nor did they care about my problem. They just want their $349.
Maybe they should be more worried about their customer's needs that making an obscene profit.
