Intuit is holding $65.00 of mine, acting as if they were the FBI.  they want an invoice/recipt for mechandise customer bought at a flea market.  customers do not want to give their personal information they just come and go, usually paying cash.  decided to take credit cards to increase sales.  the customer was verified with proper stae identification and matched credit card.  customer took 2 satinless steel rings and gave no information about his or her whereabouts.  Intuit is the one who issues the receipt by forwaridng it to the customers email address or texts it to cell phone.  so why are they asking for a receipt from the merchant when they have all of that information from the customer.  that is why they charge a fee, but instead, they eant to act lik ethey are the FBI over $65.00 dollars that is not theirs.  the customer has not complained about the product, so why are they budding in ???   it has taken one week and more than 10 hours calling them and have not accomplished anything.  they still have not released the $65.00.  i should have chosen a different credit card processing company :(
