I have worked with Intuit for nine months using their Paycycle wholesale program for 20clients and just found out that they continue to charge you for inactive clients AND active clients. I have clients that have gone out of business that I was keeping their account open, but inactive and just found out I've been paying the full price for those accounts, although zero activity has been ocurring. I went ahead and cancelled them now but will now have to handle their year end reports and W-2's manually. When I called into customer support the service rep was rude and unwilling to try to work with me. I have been overcharged over $600.00 for clients that weren't processing and they had no desire to work with me.
