On September 17, 2013 we received a voice maill message from Intuit stating that they need a copy of my dirver's license and corporate certificate.

We complied and sent copies of my driver's license and corporate certificate.  We received an email from Intuit stating that the documents had been received.

On September 23, 2013 we received a letter from Intuit stating that "After reviewing the activity on your Quickbooks Merchant Account Intuit Payment Solutions regrets to inform you that we have found it necessary to terminate the processing account with Intuit Payment Solutions.  Your Credit Card processing has been terminated due to:  Security Risk"

The notice went on to state that ..."funds in the amount of $245.75 were placed in a non-interest bearing account."

Since the letter from intuit made no sense referring to a "Security Risk"  we called Intuit and spoke with a person who identified herself as "Ann" in Intuit's Risk Management Department.  When she was questioned as to what is the meaning of "High Risk", she basically stated that because the bank that Intuit process through stated that since we are an organization who have no strong financial backings we are "High Risk."

When we told Ann that what Intuit is saying makes no sense, except that we understand that Intuit do not want a community center in itsmerchant program.  Ann then became frustrated and stated that we(Intuit) feels bad that we think like that.

In the "Effect of Termination" statement it stated that the funds will be held for possible chargebacks.

We have never had a chargeback since we opened the account with Intuit in September 12, 2012.

Had we known that they dislike grass root organization we would have steered clear of Intuit, because we are definately a grass root community organization and very proud to service the people.

I then thanked her and hung up.
