Never use Intuit to process merchant credit cards.  They will lie, cheat and steal your money.  At this time they are holding over $15,600 of my company's funds and they refuse to release them because one customer in that batch, who's transaction was for $3,415, give us their cellphone number for contact, while apparently they used their landline number back when they applied for their credit card. Because the phone numbers do not match, Intuit has held ALL of the funds from that day ($15,600) and they refuse to release them until this one customer calls them to confirm her landline phone number. Intuit had told us that they would release the funds with copies of bank statements and invoices.

We sent them what they asked for and then Intuit moved the goal posts and said that they needed to talk to our customer. These people are thieves.  This customer has never disputed her credit card charges and Intuit has no financial exposure or liability. The customer had us install flooring in her house and Intuit has held the payment from her to my company for over two weeks now with a promise to never release the money unless I force the customer to call them.  The customer's credit card issuer has said nothing, they paid the charge and the customer has probably paid her charges by now, everybody has been paid and is happy except me, because Intuit has stolen my company's money and refuses to return it, or any other (entirely unrelated) money from that day (July 27, 2016)
