Payroll, is a critical factor obviously in any business. As a small business owner, I outsource this service to a "expert" in the field so that I can work on my business. Intuit's claim to "#1 Payroll Service Provider" is grossly misleading.

On four occasions, I have attempted to connect with customer service. Three fax numbers are continuously not receiving faxes to send in required forms, wait times for customer service always exceed 30 mins (most recent - 58 minutes). Chat response is non-existent ... it is longer than the phone time! When the phone finally goes through, the reason given is that "It's a busy time of year."

Come on Intuit! Get your act together and do not tout services that you cannot deliver. I do not know if taxes were paid to the appropriate agencies, therefore potential penalties.After 20 years in the business and being with many payroll firms, Intuit has failed to deliver.
