Complaint Review: Intuit Quick Books Pos

I purchased quickbooks v5.0 with the understanding that I could add a back office terminal to receive inventory and view reports. I have now been told they have rescinded that feature although they still support v5.0. That's like taking away the power steering and AC from your car after you have had it for 2 years.

They want me to upgrade for the same price as totally new software, $699.00, and the additional software to link the to the server would be discounted to $1,080.00.
They were also extremely rude and well versed at these type of calls. The first guy asked me "if I knew what year it was", the second guy told me "well, profit is not a dirty word around hear.

I have news for them, Prostitution is legal in NV but that doesn't change the fact that they engage in screwing people out of their money.

Nice merchandise just keep them away from your wallet, and don't forget to protect yourself.
