I was trying to download bank statements to Quick Books pro, then I got an error. Well the erro was very clear, 1st call your bank, if they can't help you, then call us.

I did what the error said, and the bank said that the error was Quick Books.

I called quick books, who then informed me that I would have to pay because the version is old and I don't have a service plan. I explained that the error was due to their soft ware, not something I did, or something that happened, or that I didn't understand what to do.

Customer service said it didn't matter. They wouldn't help me unless I paid. I know most of you are thinking that yeah that sounds right, but it is wrong.

I sell medical equipment, if a client can't work the equipment, we retrain for free. If they are using the equipment, and it malfunctions, we fix for free. If they run it over with their car. Yes they then have to pay.

I belive if the program says to call Quick Books, it is because they know how to fix it and because it is a common error. IF it is common, it then should because a recall. Don't program the program to have bugs to make extra money. That is the rip off.
