Intuit - Turbo Tax - Quicken Promised Refunds and Rebates never happen. The Customer Support is a FARSE. ripoff Mountain View California

Rip Off Report - Intuit 01-06-2006

Intuit, Turbo Tax Customer Support promised a refund for charging me for duplicate orders. One Turbo Tax Disk sent automatically using the wrong credit card and a second charge to a different credit card for a on-line download. Turbo Tax promised to refund the charge for the duplicate order but have not done so. This appears to be another of Turbo Tax RIP-Off's just like the Rebate Turbo Tax promised for my on-line tax filling cost last year.

Intuit uses meaningless phrases like these:
1.Thank you for contacting Intuit Tax Products Customer Service & Support.
2. Please accept my sincere apologies for any wrong information.
3. I have also checked your order and can confirm that the refund has been created. 4. Please be assured that you will be receiving it in 3 - 4 weeks of time.

After this line(s) of BS they do nothing.

Intuit's Customer Support Software will not accept my ID or my PW. It will not allow me to create a New Account. It will not provide my PW by an E-mail reply.

Intuit's, Turbo Tax customer support software leaves a lot to be desired especially when I can't reply to any mail I receive from them. Intuit's Customer Support is non existent and Their online support program is no better.

Trying to communicate with Intuit, Turbo Tax is a waste of time. They do not care about reputation or creating a Rip-Off of their customers.
