RIP-OFF REPORT - InvetHelp This is the rip-off report to recover my $8,306.99 dollars payment to InventHelp under the fraudulent scam. I started the first agreement for the preliminary invention and patent search and study on June 21, 2006 by paying $945 dollars. Upon the first report I had second agreement for the invention promotion by paying $8,306.99 dollars so far by December 31, 2006 to InventHelp, 217 Ninth Street, Pittsburg, PN 15222. This agreement was done through district manger Toni Sorge of Burbank, CA branch office since I live in Los Angles, CA on August 16, 2006.

As the year end was coming, I began to ask InventHelp to reply me the process reports IN WRITING according to the agreement at least for five times (I, II, & III, etc.) IN WRITING in December 2006. However, there has been NOTHING whatsoever reported or replied IN WRITING for the process report to me at all for last four to six months. So I began to believe assuredly that I am being scammed by InventHelp. Finally an InventHelp manager A. Beauchamp faxed me a settlement proposal that would refund me $8,306.99 dollars on December 21, 2006. However, the refund is only offered under the condition that I had to be silent.

Essentially, the proposed settlement prohibited me from speaking or complaining about InventHelp to any media or government offices in public fashion. Otherwise, serious legal penalties are responsible on my part if I complain about InventHelp's fraudulent rip-off. Upon the consideration of Justice and protection to the innocent inventors, I rejected the settlement offer to InventHelp to refund $8,036.99 dollars with the condition to silence or muzzle me on December 21, 2006. Again, I requested to manager Lark Blasi of InventHelp to refund me without the condition of silence even through BBB. However, manager Blasi of Pittsburg, PN refuses to refund $8,306.99 dollars without the condition of silence.

I conducted research about U S Patent & Invention related laws to solve this InventHelp's condition to silence the victims. (Rather than APOLOGY or Sorry to the clients for robbing relentlessly without ethics, responsibility, and integrity.) In 1994 FTC already ordered to InventHelp(former ISC) not only to pay $1.2 million dollars for customer redress, but also strictly prohibited from ripping-off the clients by fraudulently misrepresenting the invention promotion like this case by deceptively breaching the agreement.

According to U S Federal law 35 USC 297, 1. InventHelp's manager Lark Blasi's wrongful stance - saying will not refund without the settlement of (the condition to silence the victim) is the direct violation of Federal law 35 USC 297 section (b) which was codified to protect the clients from this type of fraudulent scam to be refunded without the condition of silence. 2. InventHelp's manager Lark Blasi's wrongful stance is also ethical and Constitutional violations. InventHelp has not still even one time responded IN WRITING for the process reports or APOLOGY none whatsoever which is the deadly breach of the agreement. (They should apologize for the violations-not to muzzle the victims.)

It's the U S Constitutional violation of Freedom of Speech. How could InventHelp undauntedly dare to muzzle the victims, rather than apology? When a robber repeats same sort of ripping-off to the victims what does the public law enforcements and authorities do in California? Aren't they apply the three strike law putting him to prison almost life-long? Why Pennsylvania Attorney General has not prosecuted InventHelp yet even though numerous victims are listed openly? How could we protect the prospective innocent inventors from this type of deceptive scam for the betterment? In conclusion, I petition the authorities and friends help to investigate and resolve this problem for the public's betterment regarding independent inventors in America.

Please investigate InventHelp of Pittsburg, PN, (they also have a Burbank, CA, branch) who scammed me. I would like justice for myself and future independent inventors who may deal with InventHelp. Please apply the 1994 FTC order to ISC (InventHelp), and U. S. Congress laws USC 35 USC 297. Please intervene so I may recover $8,306.99 dollars from InventHelp without a condition to silence me. Thanks, Peter Los Angeles, California

It is imperative that you do this as I have. They will not ever reply in writing as asked so they can deny everything.
I was even told on the phone that someone had left the company and 2 weeks later get a letter with their signature stamp on it so what does that tell you?
The "companies" in the database are garbage and either fictional or they laugh at the letter sent and throw it out.

This is the renamed Invention Submission Corp./Intromark/Universal Finance/Inpex company.

****Please follow through and do this as I have complaints into the Pa. Attorney General Office and they need to see a pattern for them to do anything.

It is imperative that you do this.
Read through the InventorEd site thoroughly-there is ALOT of info there.

They only offered me a fraction of the $25,000 total I spent with the same conditions which I rejected under the same principle. I got a time-pressured offer and lied to by a Nora Miller who said whe was going to be out the rest of the week and I had to sign and return it (notice I didn't type 'read and reply') by Wednesday-2 days later. I thought about it and decided the same as you. I then got a snide phone message frrom her stating "it's too bad we couldn't work something out'. Well, you could have-just refund all my money you ripped me off. I would have gladly gone away and not bothered anyone. Now I'm on a mission.
By virtue of FTC-94 they are required to refund monies of those who have been violated by the statement of untrue facts. There is no stipulation that they can require any form of restriction to this.
They had told me I didn't need to worry about getting foriegn patents and I later found out I indeed did have to thus making my idea useless. I also would have done no business with them had I known about the foreign patents as I would not have been able to afford it.
I will post more on this later. If you need any more info, let me know.
