They are scammers!! Particularly Mike Ruane! I tried to find a company that will help me to get a patent for my invention! I submitted all info as they requested with credit card#. They took my money & disappeared! Now they are just using my credit card as their own. I tried to contact them numerous times, but all my emails now returned as

I called credit card company to close my account! They are also will be investigating! Mike Ruane is a scam artist!

We would like to thank this person for retracting and apologizing for her false and erroneous post about our company.  She explained to us that she "panicked" after trying to contact our office over a weekend with no response thus prompting her to make a post on a Sunday.  After promptly responding on Monday, we explained that our office is closed over the weekends.

I submitted my "ripp off" report accusing Home invention of fraud! Simply because they didn't respond to me for 3 days! I panicked after receiving "daemon" emails one after another one! Home invention contacted me 4 days later explaining that it was a weekend, long one apparently! Home invention legal department contacted me with demand to remove my report!  I would like to remove my report entirely! I already aplogied in my emails numerous times to their customer rep, Marcia Valette. I couldn't do it in 'person" to Mike Ruane, because I ve never heard from him!

I m removing my previous statements with suggestion to home invention to Improve their customer service so people won't thing they "dropped ball" on them!

 

Again! I withdraw all my previous reports from ripoff site!

Company Rep contacted me & explained that it was just a misunderstanding & many miscommunications! They are willing to re fund me & continue to do the "right" things by me & "show to me that they are not scammers"! For now communication between company  & me has been to my satisfaction- their emails are prompt respond to any questions I ask & on timelly matter!!.

 

This one just an example of what they wrote to me with the explanation why I did not hear from them for 3 days, because it was weekend: Firday-Sunday!: However, I may have to look at this timeline, most especially when orders are placed and confirmed around the weekend, so that customers do not feel we have dropped the ball in any way, such as one of the issues you have brought to our attention. 

 

I accepted their appologies & willing to work with them to pursue obtaining my patent & marketing  with them!
