InventorySource They took my money and provided me with NO service to the supplier

The positive reviews are FAKE! The company is a joke. The customer service is non-existent, (the phone # is a recording), they don't respond to emails or support tickets. Before signing up I had asked of my suppliers if they knew who Inventory Source was and they had not. So, I decided to use InventorySource with another Supplier I had signed up with because they had 100's of products I wanted to use. Then when I tried selecting the products, there was no products in their database (this is a company with 33K products). I immediately sent a support to tech and they told me they could not connect because they didn't have an API....WTF?


They claim to have these relationships set up with the suppliers to be ready to go in minutes. That particular supplier charges over $100 monthly for their API, in addition to the monthly fees IS charges. I have requested a refund numerous times and have filed a bank claim for the charge. I paid, they provided me with NO service. I think this is a scam company and if you read the REAL reviews on Shopify for this from real customers they also say how much of a nightmare they have had with this company. I feel their pain and thinking of taking legal action against this company.
