The inverter store I purchased a 2000$ inverter through Amazon, it came fedex in a thin delapatated box torn up when opened looked like pre www2 battleship missing parts amazon refused to help and the inverter store said I was lying even I had pictures inside the fedex facility they refused an Reno Nevada
I purchased an inverter through Amazon to run my home I have no electrical here I spent 2000$, when it arrived at fedex the flimsy box and packing was torn up, the inverter looked like a pre ww2 battleship it was missing parts I contacted amazon who did nothing.
I contacted the inverter store they said I was lying even thoe I sent dated pictures from inside the fedex facility there customer service is terrible and they would not even send the missing pieces.
