We hired this company to watch our house to see if there was someone watching and following my wife and I and they got back to us saying there was nobody watching us.
The email showed that they were watching the wrong house so I canceled the next day and asked for a invoice for they'er time and a refund for what ever money was left over from the retainer we paid and still have not received anything after three weeks of waiting.
