credit solutions of america I WAS RIPPED OFF! I have them on tape LYING! you don't get to use the vouchers! IT'S A SCAM Tampa Florida

I recieved a call from this company saying they'd help with my credit (which wasn't bad but damaged in a divorce). I agreed to let them deduct 199.00 dollars from my checking account. i was told that i would recieve 200.00 in vouchers to use that would allow me to recoup my money.This was June 26 2002.

I recieved my package to discover that i had not been told the same things it said so I called to cancel. I was told they'd review the tapes. Two weeks later I'm told I'm wrong.

Well, I have "Nakia Anderson"on tape too and I was not told details. I finally agreed to place an order to get this over with and get on to my visa card. Also to use the 200.00 in vouchers that you CAN'T use on your first order (and they sure as heck don't tell ya that up front).

Any way August 2 2002 I placed my order. I was assured that I'd recieve it before Christmas (more on that in a moment)and I also have a supervisor on tape saying that I can use my vouchers on my second order with NO down payment since I didn't want my 180 days to run out. I have her on tape telling me this in July BEFORE I ever placed my first order.

I was going to write the 199.95 off as a loss but she convinced me they weren't scamming and that I'd get my merchandise and be able to use my vouchers with NO down payment. Well, it's now November 21st and I DO NOT have my order. (It get's worse).

I called and was told that there'd been a warehouse problem so my orderwas just being shipped out. Now, which week was it shipped? going to be shipped? or already shipped?

Oh, yeah it's Federal Express (that I paid shipping charges for) that can't seem to get my order to me according to the last idiot I spoke with. I have this on TAPE! I have been hung up on when I try to pin any of them down now.

I'm sure my attitude doesn't help but I am so sick of the lies. Also on tape I have a supervisor saying that they would certainly honor my vouchers with no down payment since, I repeat, I HAVE THIS ON TAPE.

I am now waiting on my order forms to come in from Fl. at the office so I can place this second order to use my vouchers since I can't get my order that's supposed to contain another order form. Now isn't that a coincidence?

This has been a nightmare and when I ask to speak to someone in charge there're always in short supply. Oh, and did I mention that each call to there customer service takes from 22 minutes to 1 hr and 54 minutes. Usually an hour average at least.

Anyway,I hope this saves someone else the headaches and the money. THIS IS A SCAM! Thank you.Also, I have moved since it took so long and I may never see my order since they don't know if it's been sent or who has it or any details they can't change my address so each day I return to my old address 9 miles away to check and I call Federal Express who happen to have never heard of my order.

I have these people on tape telling one lie after another so HANG UP IF THEY CALL!
