Global Cash Flow Network - Mary Gersten I Was asking for a refund because it was still within the 30 days of purchase but they said that I was recorded. That the agreement was for 12 months. They were talking too fast and offering alot of stuff on the phone that time. they finally said they will cancel my account but there will be no REFUNDS. They are heartless and inconsiderate people. All they want was my money. Ripoff Tempe Arizona

At first I was willing to give it a try. But after enrolling, I found out that I would need to shell out more money to ensure traffic will go to my website. I' am unemployed till now and cannot afford to shell out money. Spoke with their "Quality Management" Shane and he insisted that I cannot back out because they have a phone recording that I agreed? But 30 days hasn't passed since I enrolled and I felt that I had the right to change my mind. I told them that that was very unfair for me and I might sue if they don't give me back my money. Shane told me that he will make sure that he will throw all the legal books at me because of that phone recording.

I tried again and was given sites where I could place free ads. but nothing was happening. So I have made up my mind that this online ads placement is not for me. So I emailed them and talked with them on the phone. Time and time again I was telling them that there was no point to pass me to their "Quality Management" again because my decision was final that I wasnt OUT. They put me on hold again to speak with their "QM" personnel and I think their QM people are their big guns to convince, persuade and even use tactics for you to be scared and continue with Global. These QM persons does not want to listen to you cancelling. They don't care about your valid explanation. I was not even asking for the whole amount that I paid for. But they did not want to listen to you. the final conversation he told me that OK We will cancel you but you won't get any refund. Now is that fair???

UPDATE: Wade Matteson - Director of Quality Management for Global Cash Flow Network contacted me and everything has been resolved. He refunded me the whole amount. Thanks you very much Wade.
