Davison Inventions Inventigration Taken for over $10,000 ripoff Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

Hi. I thought all was lost with the invention that I had submitted with the Davison Inventigration company. I started dealing with then in 1997 and was in contact with then for over 2 years and $10,000 + later.

Now I do a search online and I find out all the stuff about all of it being scams. The told me that my invention (sports related) would sell approximately 2.5 million units per year and they needed the 10,000 for the making of the software and the making of a prototype of my products (this was after my initial 500 + dollars for searches etc from them).

After over 2 years of numerous phone calls the told me that the manufacturer backed out and there was nothing that could be done now. I thought that was the end of everything.

I just found out about the FTC case against them. Do you know who I can get in touch with to file a case against them and try to get my money back. I have all my paperwork thet they ever sent to me with all the dates etc and everything.

I am still trying to pay off the money from this ( I put it on a credit card back then and the interest was killing me every month. Just recently I have been able to transfer it to an account that has 0 % interest to finally try to get rid of it.

I still have hope in my product. Do you know any people that I can get in contact with - one to try to get some of my money back and two I would still like to see my product out there but am a little scared now at who or what I should do?
