The Rip-Off Report Investigation revealed a demonstrated commitment by DirectBuy to providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues. Direct Buy ripoff An unwise investment for the average person Rochelle Park New Jersey

The promises made by this company have never been fulfilled. This large downpayment of over $4000.00 that is required to have a contract with them is so not worth it.

Since I purchased the contract, I have attempted to make purchases of appliances, furniture, hardwood flooring, tiles, and drapery. I never did buy anything through this program. I found that I could get more choices and better prices through traditional shopping when there are major sales in big department stores and directly from manufacturers. Also, there requirement of you having to go into the store and not being able to bring none members is absolutely ridiculous. This fact not mentioned before purchase. Who goes shopping alone?

The unfortunate thing is that there is not much time for a person to determine if this could planwould be beneficial to them as you are locked in after purchase. Not only are you locked in, but later, you will find out that Direct Buy and Beta Finance are partners. This is like borrowing from a money lender.

I would caution anyone who is thinking of doing this to give very careful consideration; unless you are an interior designer or have multiple homes that you need to update constantly, then this is probably not for you.

Anyone thinking of filing a class action suit for false advertising or anything else, please do so. You will have my support. Please note that the franchise I am reporting is in NJ, but there are locations around the country. I am assuming that they all operate under the same premise.
