Direct Buy BEING HARASSED BY A SCAM ARTIST Cincinnati Ohio

When I signed up with Direct Buy I was never informed that I could not cancel my membership. This was not disclose to me when I joined a few months ago. Since I joined my finances have changed and no longer can afford the membership fee. Instead of Direct By trying to accomodate my budget, I started receiving threatening phone calls from their financial reps. They threatened that they will start going after my assests and they almost cost me my job because of harassing phone calls at work.

I placed one order through Direct Buy which I was not happy about. After paying in full for my order, I received a phone call from the sales office informing me that my order would not be delivered until 7 months later. In fact the order came within two months and I was given 2 days to pick up my order, which I wasn't expecting to arrive until later. My order was incomplete due to damages upon delivery and I was told that the missing mirror and bed post would be reordered.

I haven't received my full order and it has been over 3 months since they reordered the damage goods. However, I am still receiving threatening phone calls from their finance office. I was never given a tour of the building and they have terrible customer service. Whenever I visit the show case to obtain assistance there is never anyone around to assist. They promised factory prices but their prices were the same as other local stores.

I regret ever signing with this company and due to their harassment, terrible customer service and not completing my order I want to draw my membership.
I would love to participate in a law suit against them. I was suckered into this membership and I would like out now.
