Direct Buy WE PAID ALMOST $6,000 FOR THIS MEMBERSHIP AND IT WORTHLESS!!!!! WE WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF OUR MEMBERSHIP Rocklin California
WE PURCHASED A DIRECT BUY MEMBERSHIP FROM ROCKLIN, CALIFORNIA DIRECT BUY. WE LIVE IN RENO NEVADA AND WERE TOLD A DIRECT BUY WOULD BE OPENING IN RENO IN JANUARY 2008. NOW WE ARE TOLD THEY AREN'T SURE WHEN ONE WILL EVER OPEN???????
SO NOW OUT OF INCONVENIENCE WE HAVE TO DRIVE 2 HOURS TO ROCKLIN. MY AUNT LIVES IN BOISE IDAHO AND ATTEND THE DIRECT BUY SEMINAR AND WAS TOLD HER MEMBERSHIP WOULD ONLY BE $4,000 - HOW CAN THIS COMPANY HAVE DIFFERENT RATES ON MEMBERSHIPS?? WE ORDERED A TANKLESS WATER HEATER AND PAID FOR IT WITH SHIPPING. NOW I JUST GOT A BILL FROM DIRECT BUY FOR ANOTHER $$386.00 FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES STATING THEY MADE A MISTAKE ON THE SHIPPING. HOW CAN SHIPPING CHARGES BE THAT MUCH WITH THIS TANKLESS SYSTEM WEIGHING LESS THAN 60 LBS? I WANT A REFUND OF MY MEMBERSHIP - THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SAVINGS WITH THIS. THIS IS A SCAM AND DIRECT BUY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!! I HOPE CONSUMERS READ THIS BEFORE THEY FALL FOR DIRECT BUY'S TRAP!!!!!!
