Direct Buy - Capire Beware they will trick you Rocklin California

Beware of Direct Buy in Rocklin, CA!! The sales and management will trick you. They are worse than bad cars sales people. They will make false promises and use whatever means they can to get you to sign. If you really want a membership, go to Boise, ID or Portland, OR rather than a CA location, they charge $1,500 - $2,000 more than other locations, and they are allowed to do it.

If they have already conned you into joining and won't give you your money back, like Mike the General Manager has already told me, I am stuck.. who knows perhaps a class action is in need... check everything you buy for damage and if you get a bill from them, check it, ask for proof.. they tried to scam me out of $386 on which I still haven't heard back if they are going to make me pay... Just beware.. they told me that there was going to be a location put in Reno in January of 2008, not... they never told us that not all the brands are available at every store.. so the cabinets that we wanted we have to drive an additional hour + to get, and pick-up.

We finally signed the contract with them under diress and panicked because we were afraid of missing some great deal.. it's no deal... paid $6000 to sign up feel completely ripped off and lied to... carpe diem I suppose.. hopefully karma will hit me on the flip side..

OK, so I have to admit there was just over a month that I really didn't care to talk to these people, but over 3 months later, I finally was relieved of the $386 in extra shipping charges, which they say was an error on behalf of their corporate offices. It took them a month and a half to resolve that.

Still haven't heard from the owner and just received a bill for the $30 difference in shipping, which I haven't quite decided if I am going to pay or not. The membership is paid for, and they refuse to refund. My attorney says that he isn't sure that we could win since I did use the service once. I only have another year or so and I will have to pay the $200 a year that they cost to maintain your membership.

What a rip, the sad part is that because of the various shipping charges and what not, I don't think I will be able to afford to even use it.. especially after paying the 6K..
