Fredom Tax Relief This company takes the hard earned money of individuals who are having difficulty paying their IRS taxes with the promise to help and instead rips them off of more of their money. San Mateo California This company is commiting fraudulent activity and yet remains in business. They state that they can help individuals who are having difficulty paying their IRS taxes. They rpomise that they can negotiate on your behalf and get your taxes reduced to $1000 or less. They state that it would be better if they negotiated on your behalf rather than you talking with the IRS yourself. That would be great since most of us who need this help have had serious causes to be in this situation such as my case with cancer and hospital bills. Instead they take your hard earned money in my case $4000 and then after 10 months they tell me they can do nothing. I could have used the $4000 to help pay my taxes. They have no reasons and are not concerned what so ever. I was so upset so they actually blocked my email from going to them. I highly recommend that you do not do business with this company. This company is taking money from people by lying, cheating and fraudulent activity and should not be in business. Trust Me.

As a manager here at Freedom Tax Relief.com I take complaints like this very seriously. I've checked this out and this is complaint is a hoax.



I can find no clients that we have had from Asheville, NC. Our company would not and has not stopped any client's ability to email us. We handle thousands of IRS tax matters for clients and we've done that for many years. When we take on an Offer in Compromise case, we base or initial consultation on information given to us by client. If that turns out to be different once we have their supporting documentation, we never just drop that client. We negotiate an IRS payment plan or other resolution for the client. We never just end their case without a resolution.



If this is a real client of Freedom Tax then they have never spoken with me and never presented their complaint to management of this company. If this is a real client of Freedom Tax Relief.com then they should call me at 800.455.6829 x16238 and I'll resolve their case or refund their fee in accordance with our Fee Agreement.

Never in my life have I been able to enjoy what I do for a living, more than I do now, with Freedom Tax Relief! Not only does Freedom Tax Relief lead the entire industry in fewest consumer complaints, but is the only company in the entire United States, doing what we do, that is founded, managed and run by Stanford University Graduates with Masters Degrees or higher!

Proudly, our company has the finest group of tax resolution specialists to be found, including Federal Tax Law Attorneys, unlike most of our competitors. Yet in the face of these incredible credentials we offer, our fees and payment options cannot be beat... in fact, we guarantee that!

Unfortunately, there will always be those individuals that think they are above the law and will lie, cheat and steal in almost every situation. When the truth is finally revealed, these people blame everyone in the world, except themselves, and will continue to lie, cheat and steal to save themselves from the consequences of their actions.

Finally, there is an old adage... " Liars can figure but figures don't lie !" However, I do agree that you could have put your $4,000 to better use, like learning how to spell "Duped"! Have a great life!
