IPA plain out scam, unlawful employee practices Buffalo Grove Illinois

I have just resigned from IPA as a Senior Business Analyst due to how their management (SSD) treats their employees, and now seeing that this is just a money scam.

I had questioned their acutal practice and if it was just a scam and couldn't decide till,

Tuesday I was sent to Santee, CA and I was the third analyst to see this company. I was sent for free, not because the other analyts were not creditible, but cause this gentleman had money in his bank accounts and previously turned the other analysts down.

When the owner of this business told me that he had to sleep on it and just was'nt sure due to IPA's rep on the internet, I started to leave and called my SSD(manager), HE (B.F) yelled at me and stated "I was not leaving Santee area untill I had a signiture from this client." I replied that their was two other analysts already here this year that did'nt achieve any signitures, maybe this business shouldn't be a client of IPA's. His response was "*&*&*, did you hear what I said, your not leaving Santee, CA. untill you get a signed agreement."

I resigned five minutes later. My nightmares were true, this company wasn't out to benefit anyone but their own pockets. The reason they kept badging this business is that they knew this client had money.

I've recommended at least 30 some clients and I now feel sick to my stomach, this is one giant scam and if a company might benefit, this is on accident, their main goal is to get their money. Their whole system and process is set up to get a agreement signed so they can strongarm you into paying.

I will help any lawyer, x-client, and possible client with any info about this company. They are a scam and need to be stopped.

We would be willing to hear anything that you have to help us with IPA. They would like to collect from us and are planning to turn it over to their attorney. Any help that you could give would be greatly appreciated.
