NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED

Russ Dalbey/America's Note Network gave misleading information, kept trying to get more money out of me Boulder Colorado

My husband saw the add for the Cash flow business on the television and wroted down the phone number. It sounded like you could get a business going for about a hundred bucks, so we took the chance.

The day I received the package in the mail, I also received the phone number asking me if I had gone through it yet. I insisted on a couple days to look at the material. They called again pointing out that while everything I needed was there, I needed education to make it all work.

I gave in and bought the cheapest Protege Pro package I could get to the tune of 1695 on a credit card. It was supposed to include 750 leads, four months of mentoring via email, and five phone calls for help with notes I would find. The clincher--after about a month of training and sending in homework, they would actually GIVE me my first note deal and walk me through it, and I would be allowed to keep all the money. That, I thought would itself, refund what I spent on the package.

Fortunately, I had the brains to refuse the repeated phone calls to buy more stuff in the form of a website and newsletter. I even have QuarkXpress, so I actually could have printed the newsletter, but I insisted that before I spend any more money, I had to see a return on what I have already spent. They badgered me to death until the Protege training ended.

I kept waiting for the note deal that was supposed to be given to me. When I asked about it, I was told, "Russ gave you access to multiple note deals, we can't run your business for you." Getting access to multiple deals and having to figure out what one you can horn in on is not the same as being given a note deal.

I've sent out scads of postcards on these leads that were supposed to be part of my "unique list." They claimed no one else had my list. But I haven't had a single bite. I want my money back.
