Invested with Investment Properties Mexico a total of 307,000 in 2016. I had invested previously through them with an investment club which seemed to be working out well so decided to invest more on my own.
They took my funds for a potential hotel build which was planned to be built and would earn 12% until the hotel was built at which time investors would have part ownership in the property. I was updated on the planned project but then the Wally Thomas went dark.
Richard Houghton later contacted me and confirmed they would return my funds but needed a few months. They never did so.
