Investment Property Solutions The Vegas sale that wasn't. The promises they made but not in writing! Largo FL
On Feb 12, 2009 I was contacted by Investment Property Solutions in Largo Florida by a man called Scott indicating a need to list and sell my property on the Vegas strip. Aftrer giving him some pertinent information he then called back on 2/17 saying he had found a buyer for about $2,000 less than I had said I would take and asked whether I would accept it. Another call ensued and the price of $30,900 was agreed upon. He told me he would fax the paperwork for signature and I could use my credit card to start the formal signing process which when we went to closing would be returned to me. I questioned him and although I was hesitant I was assured it would be returned after the sale.
Needless to say nothing ever happened except my AMEX card was charged the $856.00.
Short story. I called several times for official paperwork from the party buying the property and was refused. Other things I asked would not be put in writing by Scott, contacted my attorney and I again called Scott who went ballistic as to why I would want this info and to date I have asked for a refund without success.
