Investors United Real Estate School Rip off Baltimore Maryland
Investors United School of Real Estate is one of the biggest scams around and has been for the last 15 years or so when it started out on Maryland Ave. in Baltimore City.
Some of the first "students" like myself tried to get a class action suit going against them early on , but most of us ended up broke or filing bankruptcy. You see , there is no (and never was) "one on one " tutoring as they promised. As a matter of fact Charles Parrish and his son Ian were never available to help you do anything or answer questions. I , personally , stopped making the $500 per month payments after 3 months of learning and aquiring NOTHING. At that point , Charles Parrish filed breach of contract charges and tried to sue for the rest of the $7500. I am not the only one he did this to. I've got a strange feeling that suing his students in the beginning was how he got the $$$$ for that nice building on Harford Road.
He is a scammer , a liar and a cheat.
Save your money , save your time. There are enough resources online where you can research your own "deals". Trust yourself - not Investors United.
