Invicta Store Online items are marked up by 100-200% in stores Yonkers New York
If I could, I would put a negative star. I requested a price match at the Yonkers 1020 mall walk NY 10704 location, I purchased this watch item #27574 on 9/12/21 for $303.76. Upon going home after purchased I checked the INVICTA official website to buy two more watches, and noticed the watch I just purchased in the store was on the website for $89.90 (see pic). I tried contacting the INVICTA numbers on website which connected me to cooperate customer service for Invicta, then the rep of Invicta stated to speak with the store manager at the store that the purchased was made to look into this matter.
The manager miss Flores if that's even her real name informed me that she cannot do anything and for me to write an email and send to her then she will get in touch of cooperate. I then contacted Miss Flores a few days later who stated she cannot get in contact with cooperate. I then got in touch with cooperate again and they stated only the store manager can assist with this matter.
Before this I honestly thought Invicta was a fair and honest company. Anyone buying from Invicta DO NOT GO TO THE STORES, the stores are marking up the prices 100-200% straight RIPOFF!!!!!!!!
