I've submitted letter and shipped defective watch back to INVICTA WATCH REPAIR . The item was purchased on SHOPHQ.com for over 500.00. The watch broke 3 months later under normal use.

I eventually received a service case number and approx time to complete repair which was stated to take at least 3months  before I can receive my Invicta watch back, but that was over 3 months ago (now going on 4 months) They also required and cashed a money order for return shipping fee in the amount of $28.00, but while attempting to contact Customer Service (THE ONE TIME I ACTUALLY GOT THROUGH) they could not provide a clear status of when the watch would be returned or if the repair was even scheduled to occur....their reply was "Its in the que".

I've contacted customer service several times since the 3 month mark passed and all I get are automated messages saying "inbox is full", hang ups, or message saying call back during business hours even though it was normal business hours while attempting to contact. In addition, the corporate headquarters line recited the same message too....REALLY?

Better business bureau has logged over 200 complaints and this company is not even accredited.

FINAL WORD TO POTENTIAL INVICTA WATCH BUYERS..."BUY FROM A LOCAL RETAILER", AT LEAST IF IT DOESN'T WORK YOU CAN RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT AND DEAL WITH A PERSON IN A STORE.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM AN ONLINE SHOW LIKE SHOPHQ.COM..who doesnt support their products.
