Complaint Review: Invicta Watch Company of America

 I purchased my watch at A local Sams Club in my area. I thought that the watch was running smoothly, so I had the band adjusted at a local jewelry shop. A couple of weeks after I had this done the hands on the watch came off, just fell off. I tried to return to Sams, but they told me because I had the band adjusted they would not take back and only take back returns in new condition. I decided to send my watch to Invicta last October 2012 and had to pay the cost of shipping plus the cost of repair for the watch. I called a couple of months ago and their customer service said I would receive it in June. I have yet to see it. I will never buy another one of their watches, as they don't stand behind their product and are more in the business of ripping people off. I decided to write off my losses and just forget about this problem, as this company is run by total jack-asses that don't care about customers and are out to take people to cleaners. I bought another watch, much less expensive I might add and have had no problems. My complaint to Better Business Bureau was never solved and had to be closed because Invicta never responded to the Better Business Bureaus inquiry of my complaint. Every time I called their customer service department, it sounded like there was a party going on in background and that I was interrupting their fun. I would suggest not to deal with this company unless you want more major headaches, problems and  stress in your life.
