Invicta Watch Group No Service provided - impossible to replace battery/strap. Hollywood Florida
Garbage service provided by this reportedly 'premium' luxury watch brand.
Watches come with extremely unusual (unique) straps which are irreplaceable on the open market. When I contacted the company to request where I should send the watch for a replacement strap, there was no response. The watch is now useless.
Have tried making contact numerous times on both phone and email but get no response - or simply directed to the online site which only deals with US. (I am in Australia).
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
