invies.com Bought 2 items, after one month nothing delivered, request for refund or tracking yields no response Aurora Colorado

Ordered two items from invies on October 30, received email confirmations for order, payment, processing, and shipping with no tracking number given. Email confirmation for shipping reported my stuff would be  delivered by November 12.

On November 20 I sent an email requesting tracking information or a refund. I have received neither a refund, tracking information, nor my two items by today November 30, 2014. I made the purchase through Google shopping, after checking Better Business Bureau, and any ripoff or scam facts.  I used Amazon to pay for my items with play station codes. The price I paid for both items was about 50% of Street price.
