Ordered pre-cut tint rec. confirmation e-mail and charge went thru credit card company. Sent e-mail asking to have shade of tint lighter. Did not receive response. Sent another e-mail 4 days later asking status...no response. Called 1 866 number got answering machine left message no response. It has been 7 days and no one from company has contacted me.
