After reading page after page on the internet about IOBP and their less than reputable sales techniques, I guess I will add one more complaint to the sea of unhappy customers. I also find it funny that the president of this company spends a lot of time on damage control by trying to answer all these complaints. How does he get any work done? He is quick to be condescending, insulting, and uses his quick wit to make all of us look like idiots. But, the facts remain the same. This company will call you, offer you a trial copy of their publication, whether you get it or not, you will get billed, sent to a collection agency in record time. End of story And by the way, they do not tell you that you are being recorded. I believe that there is a law about all parties involved on a phone conversation need to be informed of being recorded in the state of PA.  I urge everyone to just read the complaints from the BBB, and any other legitimate watchdog organizations and you can make your own decision. You will have to realize that with so many complaints all over the internet, there might just be enough doubt in your mind to look somewhere else for business ideas. This is only an opinion,  I can not comment any further because I have yet to recieve the first copy of what I have paid for. More to come on this one. I paid my bill to protect my credit, but I am far from done with this company.

Why is your complaint anonymous?

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Dear Anonymous:

We note that your are perfectly willing to slam a reputable company behind the veil of anonymity.

If you had any guts, you'd provide us with the details of your dealings with our company, so we can prove that you are a liar. If you remain anonymous, it's clear that your allegations are false and unsupportable.

Further, you claim that we are violating the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Your statement is false, pure and simple. Are you a lawyer? Have you retained a lawyer in regard to your dealings with our company? Can you cite the exact Pennsylvania statute that we are supposedly in violation of? We challenge you to prove what you claim.

Rest assured, your efforts to sully our reputation are not appreciated by the hard-working men and women of our organization.

We look forward to the opportunity to disprove your false allegations.
