Purchased a Nintendo game console through ioffer and paid through PayPal (thinking that would be safe). Seller delivered a toy doll by courier from Shanghai. Neither ioffer nor PayPal will do anything. Total scam.

Did you fund your Paypal with a credit card? If yes, contact the credit card company and tell them you were defrauded and initiate a chargeback
