Ioffer.com/fsace57 Scam Artist. I bought 2 iphones and received a shirt instead. Hong Kong But States He Is From Alabama Internet
I was on ioffer.com (this is kind of like ebay) looking for Iphones and stumbled upon some. The seller, who has 38 stars and 100% positive feedback, (a rating system just like ebay.com's) said he was shipping out of Alabama and he had 50 new, unlocked 16gb original iphones available to sell as he was a wholesaler. His asking price was $350.00 per phone plus $30.00 in shipping costs. I offered $320.00 per phone since I was buying two. He accepted my offer and sent me an email-invoice (from Hong Kong) to pay through paypal. I figured, "hey paypal is secure. This is legit". So I sent him the money through paypal ($670.00 total) for the two phones. He sent me a tracking number and the website to track it with (usps.com) Eagerly waiting, I checked the tracking number everyday to see when about I would receive them. I went to the tracking website after about 7 days after the package had been sent and it said it was waiting in my PO Box. I was so excited so I drove right to the post office and received my package. When they gave it to me, it seemed kind of squishy and bendable. Right then, I knew a quick one was pulled on me and I got ripped off. I ripped open the package only to find it containing a mens small peach polo shirt. I immeadiately went to ioffer.com to file a complaint with them, give him negative feedback and posted a comment for everyone else who bought the same item from this guy (as he said he had 50 available) to make sure I was not the only one. It turns out, so far, that one person got the same shirt package, one has not received anything yet but eagerly awaits, and another has not responded yet. I have filed a disute through paypal and they say they can not do anything for me because I did not have "buyer protection" as that is only an ebay feature. I still have to file a dispute through my credit card company but figured I would stop here first just in case anyone else tries to buy these Iphones/shirt. This is the most expensive shirt that I have ever boughten. ($670.00 for a walmart brand polo shirt...nice).
