IOLO Technologies BEST BUY Drive Scrubber software's activation code won't allow you to run software Independence Missouri

 Purchased on a Sunday Iolo Techologies software "Drive Scrubber"  and attempt to install the program.  The CD has a 3 part 'Activation Code' and the menu for activation has two entries labeled "ID" and "Serial Number".  Entered the 3 part Activation Code in the 3 part Serial Number line and put my initials in the ID line.  It comes back that it is invalid.  Recheck that entered the Activation Code correctly and I had.  Still no luck.  Check packaging for more code or instructions or contact info etc.  Not much luck.  Try their web site:  www.iolo.com and there is no contact info or menu's for contact.  Try another website listed in the material for customer service and locate a telephone number for technical support.  I am informed that I have to call on Monday to get the ID and serial number.  Of course, there is no information in the packaging material about this.  I take the software back to BEST BUY and they refuse to refund my money.  Tell me that I have to  contact the software company.  DONT BUY IOLO software.  DONT SHOP AT BEST BUY.
