is a complete ripoff

I will provide you with all the proof of the way they

I purchased this after being told that it can resolve our PC problems

After several failed attempts by me and the IT department

We called and spoke with Allie D. in customer service at:

IOLO Technologies

for System Mechanic 10 Software

We used a tracking number from USPS to make certain it got there.

We have received the copy of your receipt and you fall within the required time limit to obtain a refund. What you will need to do is mail the items listed below to the address below. Your RMA number is as follows: RMA-811626.

The product box and packaging must be complete, for example if the UPC is missing from the box the product will be returned to you and the refund will be denied. Once those items have been received (The product must be received within 30 days of the date this email was sent) and have been checked for damage (Returned products must be in resalable condition. The RMA may be rescinded or reduced in value based on iolo's sole judgment of the product's condition) then we will issue a refund to the name and address included with the product. Please note that all refunds are subject to a 15 percent processing fee that may be waived at the time of processing pending a review on a case by case basis. iolo technologies is not responsible for shipping costs or taxes that were originally paid for the product. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks to receive your refund check once the product has been sent.
