Complaint Review: Ion Solar

I was contacted on February 8,2019 with the wrong address for the interview at Ion in Hampton. I was told 2024 exploration way instead of 2042 exploration way. Then on February 14, 2019 Andy calls me and ask me to come to the office on Friday.

I had already made plans to be in North Carolina until Monday night. Anyways, I officially start coming to meetings when I was hired towards the end of February. They tried to on board me after the meeting but claim the e-mail wasn't working. Andy was suppose to go to Costa Rica for a company trip. I didn't get on board until March 4, 2019 when I overheard them on boarding another guy-Jared who was hired after me.

The first Saturday I tried to go out I was waiting for them to send me their calendar information so I could schedule appointments and never heard a real response until about 8pm that night which is suppose to be stop time. David-the manager kept talking to me about rfp and if I didn't get one that I shouldn't come back.

He knew I couldn't work the app on my phone because it was giving me an error message. It won't even let me login and he offer me an iphone until I could purchase my own phone to use the app to get paid. Then when I come to meeting he change his mind about the iphone and give me a sheet of paper to write down the customer information. I submit 3 e-mails for him to submit information to.

One e-mail I know he got wrong because they never received it and he admitted to supposedly making a mistake in the email address. I called Andy and David twice Friday and Saturday and both times no one answer. Andy told David to call me back and he left me a message. Then when I called Andy on Saturday he acted like he didn't know who I was when he return my phone call and I answered it. Then I believe he block my number when I try to return his call.
