Complaint Review: Ionos

This is my worst experience with any company ever. I ask they construct a website. After a few weeks they came back with a website that was halfway finished - over half the text omitted. During the process for me to approve the website, they committed they would send this website back for a rework.

After one month of promising to fix the website and dozens of emails and dozens more telephone disconnections, where they just hung up on me, they wrote me to say "we are not going to do any work on your website." So I demanded a refund for the service I never received. Another several weeks of failed communications dozens of telephone hang ups, emails never replied to, promises to reply broken, they never did refund the website design money.

I called my VISA company who will fix this for me but I am getting bills now for services not contracted for. They can be polite on the phone but will never lift a finger to do any work. Forget about customer service.

In Summary, they are unstable, with crappy systems, crappy planning and processes, 15% follow through on promises, apparently no rules , ethics, morals or teamwork; They are POOR and IMPOVERISHED on competence, accuracy, expertise and intelligence. AVOID at all costs.
