ripoff -- They billed my debit card over $20 for two one minute phone calls from the Oakland CA airport to Seattle, WA. A coin call would have cost about one dollar each. The two calls were placed from a pay phone inside the airport with a credit card reader.

When I complained to my bank, they said they would have to cancel and reissue my debit card to file a fraud complaint. The merchant said the charges were correct.

My card was billed as IOS OPERATOR SERVICES -- this business is a. k. a. Intellicall Operator Services aka ILD Telecommunications, Inc.
