The Owner is a LIAR. He will cheat you out of your commission. He makes changes to benefit his wallet. He tries to make himself look good to Xerox but is abusive to the employees. Talks down and curses. He hides your commission and does not let you know what your really make. Fired a couple of employees so that he does not have to pay commission. DO NOT work for this company you will regret it.

Company policy does allow for changes within the compensation plan accorduing to handbook and may change based on manufacturer changes to company in order to protect all parties accrodingly
Company has always paid according to compensation plan and disputes any and all claims against the above noted comments
This is the first complaint in 14 years of business and is being fully disputed since any and all commissions earned have always been paid in full according to company policy and have never been adjusted
When an employee leaves a company and is dsigruntled without willingness to meet as a professional and discuss any such matters and then just write a negative - it's just wrong.
Management has always gone above and beyond for all employees in good faith and respects each and every individual as a professional and valued contributor to the team and will continue to do so.
