We bought a package deal from a rep that showed up at our door. He neglected to tell us then we had a guarantee at that time. Another rep showed up a few weeks ago and listened to our complaint on the previous order and he told us then about the guarantee and advised us to contact the office and they would replace what meat we had left.
 We have made multiple calls,the secretary always says she will give the messages to the manager and he will call back. Several weeks,many many many calls to them and as of yet no return call.
I called the main company and their solution is to call the local company because they cannot do anything.
Long story short, The meat is VERY VERY Poor quality, The reps uninformative,the manager lacking in customer service skills. The Guarantee is a joke. They will Not honor it at all,not the local company or the main company.
  They are a waste of money. Send them packing if they show up at your door.
