Hi, could anyone tell me if I should pay this person over the internet? She says I own her client $150 for the legal work done in this case.

She cancelled my ebay auction stating that my product was not authorized by her client "Alvin and the Chipmunks wallet". I bought the wallet from a liquidation store in a bulk of 60 and I didn't sell any because ebay said it was a fraudulent auction.

Ms. Papachristos, sent me an threatening e-mail at the beginning and when I answer that I was going to return the merchandise and she could investigate further with my provider, she sent me another e-mail saying that her client would get into a agremment of not legal action if I pay $150.

Is this right? I can only find information about IP Assure, but nothing about her representing Bagarian.

Please let me know what can I do in this case. I am really mad and confused, because if I bought something in America in large quantities, how will I know even in america there are counterfeiters, which I am not even sure to say it, because probably the company is authorize to produce this product in the US.

Thank you for any information you can provide me,
