these people started calling regarding a payday loan that I can prove I did not take out nor receive, their client supposedly being cash net usa. they have called three times now 11-14-11, 11-15-11, and 11/16/11 the last call being at 7:15p calling first the home phone and then my cell phone two hours later. They have all of my personal information. the last call at the house my husband was home and when questioned, they heard our police/fire scanner in the background so after the cussing and verbal abuse, they hung up on us. They would not give a name after the first call, and will not give an address when asked directly for an address to write to them. The person on the other end of the phone claimed at the beginning to be an officer (did not elaborate as to what officer he was), but obviously after googling found out it was a scam call so ..........I have blocked their number. emailed the appropriate sheriffs agency for prosecution.
