IP-HEALTHIERFORME - Fit.fac - DRI*Bromalite Sent me a free trial and then charged my credit card for more when I did not order anything. I have been trying to call their 1800# with only a recording saying that they have increased their hours. No answer whenever I call.They charged me for 3 items. A total of over $200. Florida
I had agreed to the free trial of acai berry and bromalite only. I got the bromalite and they sent a little note saying that if I did not call them within 10 days of recieving the product I would be charged for another supply. The problem is that it took over 2 weeks to get it.I am still trying to get in touch with them but kepp getting a recording that they have extended their hours but no matter what time I call I get the same reacording. I have even tried to email to cance but to no avail. I also did not sign up for fit.fac and they charged my credit card. I did not even give them my number.I am now in contact with my credit card co. and they are being very helpful. I don't know if they can do anything or nor? I sure hope so. Does Oprah and Rachel Ray know that they are using their name to push these products?
