I got sucked into this offer, like I suspect others will as well. I wanted to try the sample, but it is definitely not clear that when you click the submit button to get the 'free' sample, agreeing to pay only for shipping, that this company will begin monthly shipments of their products and automatically charging your credit card.

To be perfectly honest, I am embarrassed that I fell for this, having worked in hi-tech for many years - but never on the sales end of the business.

This is what I did:

1) I contacted my account representative at my bank, which owns my credit card and explained my situation.
2) She transferred me to the Fraud Department.
3) The Fraud Department will be contacting the vendor to cancel whatever contract was supposedly agreed to, without my knowledge.

Note to all: If you are making an online purchase of any kind:
1) NEVER use your ATM/Debit card, because they will have an IN to your active checking account;
2) If the vendor is requesting the 3 digit security code on the back of your card, cancel the transaction immediately. (This is what I did wrong.) This is how this company got to me....I had a gut feeling that it was wrong to input that 3-digit code and I was right.

Don't make the same mistake I did.....
