in 2004 I sent a check for 14,000 dollars to IP&R to at least get a prototype made and introduced at the show in Las Vegas. But all I got in the mail was a 8 x 10 glossy picture of a man on a staircase using what looked like my hand rails. What a disappointment. After that, my phone calls weren"t answered  and they stopped e-mails. So I lost 14,000 dollars to a so called company that ripped me off.

I reported them to the atty. general of San Francisco but never heard anything more. What a shame when the Government won't even step in to stop these rip-off artist. But I'm sure if it was one of their family members, they would of been Johnny on the spot and put them in jail. This has been nagging at me for the last 7 years and I finally decided to speak out.

I really thought they were on the up and up since they were willing to send me air line tickets and meet with them. But of course, we all know, with a job , I was not able to go. So in conclusion, don't send any money and get everything in writing.
